As I see on the FB page, UrbanSL has already had multiple scam deliveries using J&T. I also recognize that you are not asking for full details from the sender. This means you've clearly become an accessory for these scammers and the solution and action you're giving to the consumer is too lenient.

The worst shipping company I've ever tried, all of my orders where never sent or delivered and when you try to call the rider, they purposely won't accept you and won't even reply to you and if they do they'll only play with you, they say they'll wait but they were not there in the first place, and if you're somewhere far from what they are assigned to you have to manually pay them from their gasoline and the whole purpose of saving money on COD is gone they'll only say on the app that they tried to deliver it but even a text you'll never receive.
